Flank steaks are great for people that love to play in the kitchen. They require a little work and a tried and true recipe to cook to perfection. They are freezer wrapped individually and weigh between 1 and 1 3/4 lbs. |

Tender and juicy choice for a quick meal. Cube steaks come wrapped in freezer paper, 2 per pkg. A package weighs about 3/4 lb. We like them coated in egg, dipped in a mixture of flour and your favorite spices, and then pan fried. Serve on a buttered roll with mushrooms. What a delight! |

A very lean boneless piece of meat. Great for stir fry, when marinated, or cooked with tomatoes. Variety of sizes available, usually around 1 1/2 lbs. Freezer wrapped individually. |

We recommend one of our marinades for this cut, yet many of our customers just cook it on the grill. A chuck steak usually weighs between 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. and has excellent flavor! They are wrapped in white freezer paper one per pkg. |

The skirt steak is a long, flat cut from the plate of the beef. It is more flavorful than tender . Great for fajitas! |
