Tender and juicy choice for a quick meal. Cube steaks come wrapped in freezer paper, 2 per pkg. A package weighs about 3/4 lb. We like them coated in egg, dipped in a mixture of flour and your favorite spices, and then pan fried. Serve on a buttered roll with mushrooms. What a delight!
