Since this is a very popular menu item, please order well ahead of your event. We usually have the smaller sizes on hand but prefer to cut any roasts over 10 lbs. when they are ordered. Since all of these roasts come from the beef we raise on our farms, we have a limited supply available. So, especially at holiday time, order weeks ahead of your anticipated event.
