Shipping and Returns/Refunds
- We only ship our jerky and snack sticks. All other products are orderable online but must be picked up at our retail store.
- We almost always ship orders within one business day. Orders received on a business day before 1:OO PM ET will normally ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM ET on a business day will normally ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will normally ship the following business day. Your package will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
- UPS can only ship to a valid street address so please include a valid street address with your order.
- Because it is a food product, all sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please send us an e-mail with your concerns. We want all of our customers to enjoy their purchase and we’ll do what we can to resolve your concern.
- We ensure that all packages are sealed and have the proper vacuum upon packing for shipment. If any of your packages should lose their vacuum during shipment, please just use those packages up first. We are unable to control how the packages are handled during shipping by the carriers. Rough handling may cause the packages to lose their vacuum, but they are still safe to eat.
Terms and Conditions
- Currently, we do not ship internationally.
- We cannot guarantee products shipped when the temperature goes above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
